Hey Duey

I have been researching the purchase of the Zumo 660 GPS and note with interest your comments in this blog regarding the ability to load up custom maps. This is a feature that I am quite interested in however your blog is the only place that mentions this in relation to the Zumo 660. All other information on the Garmin units seems to point to the fact that only their outdoor GPS range has the ability to handle custom maps. If you have have first hand experience / knowledge of being able to use custom maps on the Zumo 660 I would love to hear about it!

Cheers
Tom

Google video chat settings don't recognize the microphone unless I select the Lifecam for BOTH audio and video applications. I am able to connect with other users who have google video chat but I hear a constant "beeping" sound when I converse. Only I can hear this, my correspondents do not hear it. Ideas?

It's sad if you believe in a free software desktop; Apple basically has a hybrid, leveraged the power of open source and got a great (but propreitry) UNIX OS by the hand of others; a thing which Linux/GPL would not have allowed to happen.
